Vacancies For Volunteer Counsellors

DAA has a number of vacancies available for volunteer counsellors, willing to make a commitment to Dorset Action on Abuse.
Volunteer counsellors need to be fully trained in professional therapeutic counselling, or in the final stages of their training.
Volunteers need to be members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy or registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, and have professional indemnity insurance. All DAA Counsellors need to be cleared with a satisfactory CRB check.
Supervision in accordance with BACP guidelines will be provided.
