This seminar will be of interest to practitioners who work with survivors of childhood abuse.
The seminar aims to increase your knowledge around Child Protection and Mental Health Issues, and enable you to help clients to manage their fear and anger around issues connected to their vulnerability when working with other professionals. Also, to enable you to support clients to be assertive in seeking help and entitlements.
Ann Daniel is a founder member and trustee of DAA and also an experienced counsellor and social worker.
Kate Howe is a trustee of DAA and is BA Social Work and Programme leader at Bournemouth University.
